When Woodward Tap, Inc. engaged Designhaus Architects to design their latest, hip restaurant, bar and night club, it was with a discerning aesthetic and required only the newest, high-end materials and finishes. To achieve the many unique architectural features, only the most sophisticated construction techniques were needed. Salzeider, Inc. was more than up for the challenge. With a downtown setting and highly visible Woodward Ave. location, the construction sequencing needed to be efficient. Their construction expertise fulfilled the design flawlessly and within budget. The 10,000 s.f. restaurant, bar, and nightclub is an example of cool in upscale downtown Birmingham, Michigan.
